Miss Mahjong X Elizabeth Bloom Collaboration
This project involves the creation of a series of custom illustrations for a boutique mahjong board game under the Miss Mahjong brand. The design vision marries the elegance of traditional Chinese mahjong with the playful charm of grandmillennial aesthetics—think vintage florals, dainty chinoiserie, soft pastel palettes, and whimsical decorative elements with a modern twist.
The goal is to bring a feminine, heritage-rich, yet refreshingly playful tone to the classic game through thoughtfully crafted visual storytelling. Each tile set, game piece, and board element will be reimagined with hand-drawn illustrations that reflect Miss Mahjong’s signature style: nostalgic yet new, curated yet cozy.
