Spring Mural Design
Spring has officially arrived in Arlington, Virginia, and with it comes one of the most magical seasonal moments—cherry blossom season. This year, we celebrated the bloom with a custom spring mural installation at HOM Salon, transforming their front window into a soft, painterly tribute to the fleeting beauty of the blossoms.
Inspired by the Cherry Blossoms
Inspired by the iconic cherry trees just across the river in Washington, D.C., the design features delicate branches, airy pink petals, and layered watercolor textures that feel both fresh and romantic. To keep the space feeling open and inviting, we intentionally designed the mural with light, outlined florals—allowing clients and passersby to see through the artwork into the salon. This balance of detail and transparency creates an effect that feels immersive without blocking natural light or the energy inside.
